My visits to this rock-rap vibe hair-barber network have been a mixed bag. However, consistency in service seems to elude this establishment. Parking isn't an issue, as there are convenient spots nearby, making it accessible. Regarding the haircuts, everyone's preferences vary. However, the question arises about the hairdressers training . It seems that the mastery level among the staff differs widely. While some masters excel, others struggle to comprehend requests. The mastery of the stylists is a mixed bag, ranging from exceptional to subpar. The inconsistency is noticeable, especially when different masters yield vastly different results. If working with children isn't a specialty, transparency matters. Tell me I don't know how to work with children and not ruin my children's hair. Creating a reservation system loses its purpose if timely arrivals result in waiting periods. A piece of advice to the establishment: prioritize professionalism and client satisfaction. If your mastery level fluctuates, ensure honesty and transparency prevail. Remember, the customer is paramount, and maintaining a positive attitude is integral in this industry.

i was extremely satisfied with the haircut i received today from kandy. i walked in with no appointment and only had to wait about two minutes. kandy made me feel very comfortable and asked a lot of questions to make sure that i got exactly what i wanted. she was quick, did a great job and i left totally happy with the hair cut she gave me!
