When it comes to wounds, very poor nursing skills. They are disrespectful and don't demonstrate any skill. I've had many nurses in my day and know the difference. They don't knock, just walk into my home as if it's a hospital or it's a revolving door When it comes to supplies they take a week to get here. I know what I need and what Medicare covers yet ordered without even conversing with me. I've experienced many Home Health agencies and this is the worst!
Nurses Beware!Very unethical behavior when it comes to paying their nurses for rendered services. They will try to keep your last paycheck when you leave them. It took me 3 months to receive my last check. And they have also treated the nurse I referred to them the same way. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and probably file a complaint with a California dept. The owner never spoke with me about a "lost check" that took 3 months to reissue. Such a shame to conduct a business like this. Very shameful.
I can't say how happy enough we are with the services from Five Star Home Health Inc. The past three years we have had difficulty finding a stable, secure, reliable, trustworthy home healthcare service until we came across Five Star Home Health Inc. The staff is extremely personable with the care of my grandma and treat her with such respect, and consistently engage her even though they know she can not communicate back. After going through multiple different healthcare services who all were disappointing, i can't recommend Five Star enough they are amazing!
