Fenn Termite + Pest Control

I cannot recommend Fenn enough. When I called and spoke with Sarah, she was so kind and thorough walking me through all of the options, necessary prep, and getting someone out for an inspection quickly. She called me back to let me know that someone was available to come inspect even sooner than anticipated. The pricing and ongoing contract pricing and benefits are a great deal. Juan came to do my inspection, he is incredible. I was so stressed having bugs in my home and he was extremely thorough and helped me remain calm by educating me on the steps to take and just his calming presence was very helpful.

The office staff were friendly, informative and responsive. I called manager Fidel, and he answered my questions.Tony came this morning. He was polite, professional, and helpful. He communicated with me, so I knew exactly when to return. Tony documented his findings and recommendations. The price was so reasonable, I thought it was a mistake! It was not, which made me happy.I recommend this company, as they did a great job.

Fenn is fantastic! When I first met their representative, Michael, I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable on how best to eliminate the pests in homes. When I first met with him, he had a wealth of knowledge and diagnosed treatment very quickly. Upon receiving the full treatments that Michael prescribed, the pests in my unit were magically eliminated and gone. It is such a relief to live in a home that is pest free. I highly recommend Fenn for all your Pest Control needs. And beyond Michael, the Fenn office staff are highly capable, courteous and kind, especially Fabiola who I spoke with several times during treatment. She is wonderful!
