Since new ownership it's unorganized too long of a wait, language barrier so hard to communicate what you want without them giving attitude!Make prices up as they go! Now it's running smooth, I've been going there since 1992, Kevin goes by appointment, the other's don't so be prepared to sit and wait, take your tablet or something to keep you occupied. Kevin does my nails, he does an excellent job!!

When you go into this place everyone in there are very nice but in their my favorite is Ann she do the nails so perfect and she's funny as hell I also get my feet done by the lady she's probably the thickest lady there I called her relax because she always told me to relax my feet she do it excellent job I don't know about everyone else but I know they work on me and I constantly send them client and they like them too they love them

I tried it out when a friend suggested i should go. Ever since I tried it, I love getting my pedicure done by Kim. She does them very very veryyyyyy f****** nice. Besides her being very nice she takes her time, does the right procedures for a mani-pedi (took a cosmetology class) and actually helps you out. The previous salon I went to wouldn't really care much about the preparation for your toe nails like Kim does. She put some kind of serum on my toenails because I was losing some of my nail bed making it thin and had a black spot although it burned like a b**** (cause I would CONSTANTLY get gel) but it got rid of some black spot (fungi) on my big toenail that randomly popped out of nowhere when I was at the previous salon at LA Nails Spa down Central and Gage. Plus it's not super ghetto there compared to the previous salon unless some unnecessarily loud raggedy person comes in.
