. The office was very inviting. The office staff was even more amazing. I was called into my Appointment as soon as my paperwork was done. The techs were polite and very efficient. Dr - Ashcroft took his time to understand what I was hoping to accomplish with my new glasses. He thoroughly explained what options were available, so I could make an informed decision. When it was time to choose lenses and frames, the staff made sure to explain what my costs would be after the insurance kicks in - The office staff - were extremely helpful kind and patient. I think I finally found an old school doctor who actually cares about my well being and is not just trying to get me to spend more money. After my visit, I felt as though he cared - (a rare occurrence these days). He was a charming man who actually had a conversation with me. I feel like I'm in good hands. The ladies on the front counter were extremely nice and very helpful. I think I found a gold mine
I wish we could give 10 stars. Dr. Ashcraft and Stacey are amazing at what they do. My father has low vision issues and from the minute we contacted Family Eyecare Center I knew we had the right place and would be in good hands. We talked with Stacey many times and Dr. Ashcraft twice for close to 30 minutes each time before even coming in. The amount of attention they give to each patient is phenomenal. They were kind, caring, reassuring, and extremely skilled at what they do. Dr. Ashcraft identified what was wrong with my father’s previous prescription glasses and assisted my dad with vision concerns around obtaining a driver’s license.
