I love it here. The kindness, accessibility and attentiveness is a breath of fresh air after years of the opposite with other providers. The staff and doctors are all wonderful. My family and I see Dr. Tarin and I'm very grateful for her warm bedside manner, dedication and the fact that she actually listens! Thank you Dr. Tarin and to all the nurses and staff!
It is my second visit to this clinic and today I had a bad experience, the person in front of me to make appointments has a bad attitude, he was not kind to me at all. There was a misunderstanding with my date and he couldn't be nice and explain it to me. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be there serving people!! Because because of her the patients no longer return!!
So far the other nurses are nice. I decided to go to this clinic because I had seen good reviews.
I would like to thank everyone at Family Care Specialists Medical Group at York Blvd., Los Angeles, for their professionalism and hard work in caring for patients. Every time they exceed my expectations, they take time to listen and explain every aspect of prevention and caring. Thanks a lot.
