Family Care Specialists: Lopez Maria C MD

My daughter was 12 years old when I took her to see Dr. Maria Cynthia Lopez and it was the last time. I asked Dr. Lopez to add vitamin d level to labs that were already being ordered and Dr. Lopez became bothered. She crossed her arms and asked me (the mother) to describe vit d deficiency symptoms because according to her "she NEVER orders vitamin D levels for any of her pediatric patients"...so I gave her the symptoms. Finally got the lab results back a week later and guess what? Dr. Lopez emails me stating my daughter's vitamin d level is very low and prescribed her vitamin d supplements. Avoid this place at all cost!! Please find people who love to help others and love there job and not employees who just want to make good easy money by ignoring patients or are burned out. I been coming here for year and this places gotten worst. All the old staff left which were good at there job and build a positive relationship with there patient & had good customer service 5 year ago have left which sucks because now you get treated horribly for asking a question or getting help or for complaining for being on hold for an hour or 2. Don't go here! No vaya aquí!It's the worst experience you will have. Everyone is rude. They don't care how long they keep you on waiting in person or on phone. This is a service we pay for. This isn't free. Everything about my experience has been bad. Looking for new doctor as we speak. Do better!!
