My daughter was 12 years old when I took her to see Dr. Maria Cynthia Lopez and it was the last time. I asked Dr. Lopez to add vitamin d level to labs that were already being ordered and Dr. Lopez became bothered. She crossed her arms and asked me (the mother) to describe vit d deficiency symptoms because according to her "she NEVER orders vitamin D levels for any of her pediatric patients"...so I gave her the symptoms. Finally got the lab results back a week later and guess what? Dr. Lopez emails me stating my daughter's vitamin d level is very low and prescribed her vitamin d supplements. (Which I already knew just based on my daughter's symptoms prior to making the appointment). I encourage all parents to ask for a vitamin d level and research how important this vitamin actually is. Never let anyone including this or any doctor dismiss your request. As patients we have rights. If any doctor refuses simply ask them to document the refusal in the chart.
Avoid this place at all cost!! Please find people who love to help others and love there job and not employees who just want to make good easy money by ignoring patients or are burned out. I been coming here for year and this places gotten worst. All the old staff left which were good at there job and build a positive relationship with there patient & had good customer service 5 year ago have left which sucks because now you get treated horribly for asking a question or getting help or for complaining for being on hold for an hour or 2. While they rush to hang up or hunge up on you. They retaliate on you if you complain and & ignore u when your talking, put u on hold half way when your talking. That really rude! Idk if there low staff that they starting to hate there job or lazy or what it is but I hope it changes or they will lose many patient and end up getting sue one day obviously many client have had similar experience by the comment and I feel bad for the doctors because there are some good doctor there but the MA are making patient want to leave the clinic due to how poorly they treat patient. Remember that can be you one day or your family member so treat patients how you would like for be treated. Remember why you choose that career. But very unsatisfied by the behavior . Currently looking to switch to a different clinic and and talk to my insurance about this because the amount of emotional distress this clinic cause me is unbearable. Really hope they improve or get more or new employees with a better positive attitude.
Don't go here! No vaya aquí!It's the worst experience you will have. Everyone is rude. They don't care how long they keep you on waiting in person or on phone. This is a service we pay for. This isn't free. Everything about my experience has been bad. Looking for new doctor as we speak. Do better!!
