I have seen Dr. M in the past and I have always enjoyed my visits with him. He is knowledgeable and always attentive to my medical needs and/or concerns. I have been living out of state for years, but I am back in Los Angeles now and I will definitively come back to see him. Outstanding health service.

Very sad to see one star review and the note that she “doesn’t care about her patients”. Dr Lopez was my pcp for years before my insurance changed recently. She is an incredible doctor. She is one of the most attentive and caring ones I have had. If she feels you’d benefit from seeing a specialist for your issues, she will easily refer you. It is very clear when you see her that your health is her number one priority. She’s easy to get in with. I really can’t think of anything but good things to say about her.

My job needed me to get a TB test, I tried to call and schedule an appointment, but they never answered. I literally tried calling for an entire week. In the end I had to go to a different clinic and had to pay out of pocket. They never answer phone calls. I don't have an option to leave a voicemail either. I like this clinic and it's doctors, just wish they'd be better with customer service.
