The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only fixed the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly.Greatly appreciated.
