These people get me so mad, They don't even care about how you feel, they literally just check babys heart beat, ask you how are you feeling and if theres any issues, if you tell them an issue your feeling they'll literally say "iT's NoRmAL" , Like why even ask if you're going to be ignorant. Another thing, they're so slow, they're slow on scheduling your appointments, You have to literally CALL them to ask for your appointment, not only that, they never pick up the phone, and when your being straightforward with them , the ladies working there are always so sassy for no reason. Im literally past my due date and they're encouraging me to be pregnant up to 41+ weeks, like be fr, i haven't even gotten my cervix checked. I don't even know who my provider is because i've had so many different ones. so unprofessional, worst experience with them, never again, they made me stress alot.
Just neglect of care they schedule you wrong then can’t even accommodate when trying to be seen after the MA did something wrong & I had a provider I finally liked and she stopped seeing me they don’t really care just there for a paycheck . And I feel they should make sure pregnant women are being seen as needed . Really horrible clinic
Honestly, every time I go they make me wait longer than the hour, they're supposed to give you an appointment, sometimes you have things to do on the side, I speak Spanish, I ask for a translator, even if it's on the computer, and they pretend to be deaf, I'm served by staff who speak mixed English and Spanish, sometimes I don't understand, apart from that, I They said that I had tuberculosis and at the dentist they told me that the study they did on me did not detect anything that had happened, what a courage, the truth is, check it out and think carefully before coming to this clinic, the truth is 0
