My mom went in because she cut herself by smashing a window. She has schizophrenia and thought the cable guy was CIA. They never returned her gold bracelet. And when I ask for camera footage for when she was released, they said they don't have cameras. In the cop cam u can clearly see she has it on. Same with our apartment cameras. They've stolen two pieces of jewelry from her now. I've begged cops not to take her there because of this and they of course don't care. This place should be closed down or sued to the ground.
this place seems shady as heck. what kind of place loads and unloads their patients on stretchers right on a busy street?i wouldn’t trust an enemy (let alone a friend) to get decent care at this place.
Horrible. Unprofessional. Useless. Was told to be there at 7 a.m they opened late then was told that the doctor wouldn't be there till twelve. Came back and they were gone by the time I got there. Understaffed. Underfunded. Insulting to anyone who needs help. Go to another one. This place is a train wreck. Id give it 0 stars.
