I like this place overall, but their communication amongst themselves is terrible. It seems nobody is ever on the same page, and now I am being billed more because I have to do an urgent care appointment after nobody scheduled the followup lab. I am being told it doesn't matter because they can do it all at once, yet it does in fact matter because there is a greater cost for urgent care than a tech doing a lab. This is of course also due to a very obvious contradiction of increasing a daily dose prednisone while giving antibiotics. Suppressing the immune system while giving antibiotics...and here we are 3 months later still with the same infection. I guess its profitable...read full review

It was my first time here, and I wasn’t sure what questions to ask i was fully trusting that they’d take good care of my cat and help him feel better again, they were informative but when I read over the papers it didn’t sit well with me that they charged me for walking in it’s UC their isn’t appointments for UC that’s why it’s separated from the appointments, they didn’t even tell me that he had gastroenteritis some other veterinarian brought me my cat someone that I didn’t even talk to the whole day I was their then I asked what happened to the lady she said she was gonna come back and give me some advise and feedback of what protocol to follow and...read full review

First vet I’ve found in LA who actually takes the time to explain things to you and goes out of their way to figure out the issue! The setting is calming for my pups and the vets are so kind and patient. Love this place so much
