Excellent from start to finish. Owner Matthew Alba is incredibly knowledgeable about ductless systems, and in this case a Mitsubishi multi-zone system that were installed in a two level townhouse. I researched quite a bit before committing to Dr. Ductless and I would use again without hesitation. The entire install crew of technicians were knowledgeable and thoughtful and the communication from everyone in this company were proactive, including follow up.

I wanted to install a heat pump in my house. Before we just had window AC units and a wall furnace. DD blew my mind with a central air system that absolutely rocks. DD had the best quote and a great plan to meet my needs. The install took 2 days and they even helped with financing and rebates. Highly recommend this outfit!Update, I just finished my inspections today. DD sent out a rep to be here while the city signed off on everything. It just so happened that a leak had formed by the vent for my old furnace that had beem removed. Israel, who was here for the inspection, went up a patched it without me even asking. This is the second time using Mr. Ductless. We had 2 split unit AC/ Heating systems installed in our apartments. The owner David Molina was very friendly & helpful with selecting the right unit for the places. The prices were very competitive. They finished on time and always clean up. Will definitely use them again.
