When choosing who we were going to hire to build a wooden deck in our backyard, we chose Yair as he seemed like the most thorough and detail oriented of the batch that came out for estimates. In particular, he was the only person to point out the uneven nature of the concrete pad where we planned to place a hot tub and recommended getting it leveled before building the deck. Overall, we are happy with his work. Our bamboo deck looks great and it's holding up well a year later. His crew was reliable, respectful and diligent and the was job done in a timely fashion. Literally the best contractor experience I've ever had in the 30 years I've been in this house. This was a challenging job, but Yair found elegant and cost effective solutions to every problem. Same crew every day, Yair was on site daily to supervise. Every one of his design and material suggestions were right on the money. The result was far better than I could have imagined.
