Douglas was a professional from the beginning. I hired him to do head shots for my son. Douglas was great in advising on outfits, poses, expressions, and really brought out all sides of my son. He is great at walking you through the steps of the process. Highly recommended.

dmn Photography Headshots is certainly a jewel of a business. I was in need of a photographer for a headshot at the last minute and did a search for photographers on the Westside as I live in the Westside area of Los Angeles. I got in touch with Douglas who was not just responsive but incredibly accommodating with my urgent need for a headshot at the last minute. He quoted me a fairly reasonable price for his packages and was able to squeeze me in on the same day. The actual process and execution of the shoot was so smooth. He was thorough and explained what type of camera he was using and explained how his studio setup area works. The dressing room was comfortable and there was no sort of tension or uncomfortable feeling throughout that part of the process. Doug has an incredibly eclectic personality and was light-hearted throughout the actual shoot which made it easier for him to give the necessary and important direction and critique while the shoot happened. The best part is once everything was complete he actually walked through all the photos that were taken and encouraged discussion regarding the selection and edits of the photos. Overall Doug is a breath of fresh air and pleasant surprise. HIGHLY recommend Doug for your headshot/photography needs.

I found dmn here on yelp and called him he was able to take me in within a couple of hours. He did an amazing job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We edited and finalized the photo on the spot! I'm grateful to have found him and strongly recommend you give him a shot as well!
