Was in Hollywood for a production my son was involved in.Needed my nails done and Skye was amazing, such a nice person.I will return everytime I'm in Hollywood, hoping it's a lot ?
Found this place off of Groupon, I bought the gel manicure Groupon. And when I came in, I told her I'd pay the difference from what I paid off Groupon because I wanted to get a gel X manicure. She said that was okay and continued to do my nails. I told the lady to do the French tip design pictured in the first photo. Second is how mine turned out. I was not expecting this appointment to be 3 HOURS long, and I was lucky to not have much planned until the evening. Near the end, it felt like she started to rush because her next appointment came in. So there were some small mistakes because of the blue chrome spreading everywhere when she was applying it. When I was paying, she told me the total was $75 when I told her in the beginning about paying the remaining difference and she said no. Really disappointed in this salon, I feel like I wasted a majority of my day here.
This was my 4th time coming in. I paid $70 each time plus I leave a $20 tip.
Today the co owner tells me it’s $95. $70 for the Russian style pedicure then $25 for the gel. No where on the menu does it say it’s an additional $25 and you cannot tell me it’s been that way and I was charged wrong, when the other owner has charged me $70 in the past! This is asinine!!!
