Dear Dita, customer service representative,It is very rare that I receive impeccable customer service and exquisite interaction, which is why I felt obliged to reach out to someone in hopes to appreciate and celebrate the hard work that goes into Customer Service. While my family and I were visiting Los Angeles, we decided to go to your Melrose location.
