I'm super disappointed and frustrated. I've been a loyal customer, for quite a while and have never quite understood the negative reviews. Sadly, I've now learned the hard way. He completely ruined my $1,000 jumper. It's now unwearable even for a small dog – its original size and material. When I approached him and showed him how the jumper used to look and reminded them of its significant cost, their response was shockingly dismissive. He completely ruined my $1,000 jumper. It's now unwearable even for a small dog - its original size and material. BEWARE RUINED TWO DRESSES I asked this man before I left clothes if he could get out some stains, he said he would try which is fair, I said PLEASE be sure you can do this without damaging these, he said no problem. Two of the dresses cam back with MORE damage, staining on the cuffs and rips in the material. I called Joe the owner and calmly explained this and he LAUGHED!!! Do not bring anything you care about to him. Highly unprofessional.
