I am sharing what happen to me at this horrible hair salon with devil owner 2pm 6/10/2024 . My favorite hair shop was busy today, so try to go this shop. Today was second visit. I discussed with owner what I want it and what I don't want it.. I don't like boyish short hair. And she cut my hair that I don't want it already I do mention it many times. So I has to stop it. Because I don't want my hair will be mens hair cut. But that lady says, need to finish. And she cut my hair very short and try more more. acting angry and very rude attitude. If I didn't stop her, I cann't imagine it!! After that I heard unbelievable word from that lady's mouth. She giggles "I already cut it". She told me give me $85. I left $100 on counter and left that devil shop!! Right after that I stopped by my favorite hair shop. Show my hair cut. Designers and waiting customers got shocked together. Waiting to my hair fix what she did to my hair!! But three of hair designers disagreed to fix my hair now. If I will fix , will be very very short as like mens hair cut. They told me unless 3month later will be better!! When we go to the hair shop, sometimes unhappy with style or customer service. But first time get those horrible things at hair salon in my past 50years. Beware when she got mad or bad mood with you, she will revenge to your hair!! Even 1 star is wasteful!! I went to two different hair shop today. Honor movie hair shop owner ruin my hair cut and unforgettable horrible experience. And other hair shop designers help me honest advice. I wish no one get same experience like me. I am sharing my ugly hair, what she did to me today. This is not talking about her skill of hair cut. 무례하고 오만한 원장은 손님이 원하는 스타일을 무시하고 본인 마음대로 헤어컷을 하고 원하는 스타일을 말하면 화를 내며 당신의 머리를 더욱 짧게 잘라서 손조차 볼수없게 망쳐 놓습니다. 그리고 한국말로 고객에게 반말을 합니다. 그리고 믿을수 없게 고함을 지르며 고객을 조롱합니다. 이미 잘랐는데 어쩔거야!!

Cut a CHUNK of my hair off, didn't want my hair this short. Hair was almost to my waist and now it's to my shoulder with even shorter layer all over. The cut itself is not bad just not what I asked for.

10/26 - I had an appt today at Details. Olga and Hannah assisted me. Very professional, fun, happy-to-be-there attitude and environment. My mom has been going there for 9 years and she is a forever client. This was my first and I will be booking again in the future. Went in for highlights on my dark brown hair. Olga was friendly, sweet, and very detailed. She knows what she is doing. While there, both Olga and Hannah had absolutely 7-8 clients walk-in, get their hair washed, cut, and hair blown out. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. Olga is very professional, very meticulous about her work and I appreciate that from a hair stylist. Hannah is sweet and very welcoming. Again, my mom has been a faithful client every 5-6 months for 9 years. Salon is on Wilshire, Starbucks and food courts around. Studio is clean, warm, and bright. Thank you Olga and Hannah, I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! I would definitely recommend Olga and Hannah.
