I had an emergency and my regular dentist was out of the country Dr Shiri was covering for him. I called the emergency number and was connected to Dr Shiri's office where I was offered to connect directly to doctor's cell phone. He could not have been more polite and concerned I was in his office the following morning which was a Monday at 9:00 in the morning and was taken care of like as if I was his patient and friend of many years. An incredible experience all around. Thank you to all the staff and to Dr Shiri.
