My mom recommended this place cus she been here before. So I came to try it out and I simply requested a trim with some layers, she asked me if I wanted layers and I agreed. She supposedly cut my hair into layers and I have dark black hair mind you. When I got home my hair was cut into different lengths, it definitely was not layers. I gave it a try and will not be back sorry.
P.s. I told my mom and she said one of the ladies doesn't do a good job (a little too late for that mom).

You may have driven by this unassuming little salon, near the Offbeat Bar, on the border of Highland Park near South Pasadena, and just never noticed it. I have brought my son here several times for a cut, and he has been happy each time. The price is great, and the lady who cuts his hair is very sweet, and works very quickly. There's always one or two people in there when we pop in, so apparently we aren't the only ones who know the secret.This isn't a high end salon with cucumber water or fancy wall decor, but for a no frills cut at a great price, it can't be beat!
