Went got first time with a load of clothes since my washer and dryer broke waiting on repair. Dropped off and was never told or explained the price just given a ticket and told they will weight later and come back tomorrow. Pick up my (2 loads) and charges $47. Huh?

Then explained it’s 2.50 per pound and told my clothes weights 20lbs.

Never told me this initially. Went home and weighed the bag and it weighs 17lbs. ?

Clothes are clean and nice but service dishonest or at least not forth front. Won’t be back

They aren't that careful pressing/cleaning shirts. I brought in a shirt and it came back worse than when I brought it in. When I asked them about it, they just said it was the fabric. But, I literally brought them in a clean new shirt and came back with a shirt with black stains.

I decided to try this cleaners on Sepulveda and palms for the first time to bring in a mesh laundry bag that I had that I wanted to have a handle put onto the back of the laundry bag so that I can hang it up on my bathroom door on a hook. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that I have to provide my own material for him in order to do that. What kind of dry cleaners does that I was supposed to provide material for you you should have it for me not the other way around ridiculous
