Took a free Zumba class last Tuesday during Black History month with Catrice. So much fun let me tell you! I burned more calories than the gym! It was non-stop beginning to end. I would definitely take it again and definitely recommend her classes.

Catrice, the owner & teacher for CATD is amazing! I have only been attending for 2 months but already in love. I go to both sexy dance and sexy chair on Tuesday & Thursday and I thoroughly enjoy the class. It is a great way to burn a lot of calories while also having fun! Catrice is friendly, supportive and caters to all skill levels. I recommend anyone give it a try!

Love coming to class here. Better choreography than most zumba classes I've been to and great music selections. The stretch class has been really helpful for my postpartum stiffness. Catrisse is also wonderful at keeping up morale and making everyone feel seen, welcome, and confident.She also does zoom classes if you cant be there in person.
