I never actually used Craig's Plumbing services but when I reached out, I got a call back rather quickly. I was given recommendations and advice from a really nice dude -- I assume Craig, himself -- & rather than wasting my money by contacting someone who wasn't employed by my landlord (our plumber couldn't make it to my place for another few days), he asked me some questions and then offered advice and wished me luck. Extremely grateful for saving me the money and being so considerate.
The best plumber I have encountered in many years. He is very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He gave me a ETA, and arrived earlier. He fixed the problem that a prior plumber caused, for less than the original guy. I would strongly suggest you give him a call when you need the job done right!
The worst day ever! On Memorial weekend I discovered that our hot water heater was not working, we had people coming over for a BBQ! Getting a plumber on a Holiday weekend was going to be expensive! When I called Craig's Plumbing he warned me that they could not get parts over the weekend but he talked me through lighting the hot water heater and it worked!
