Staining a sisal area rug that was less than a year old does not typically lend itself to writing a glowing review...but in this case, it does.Ruben Rodriguez helped me find the perfect rug in December 2021, so it made sense to turn to him and Contempo again to rectify my situation. He was appropriately empathetic and kind, and as he effortlessly set things in motion for Gray Sisal Rug Take Two, my frustration began to dissipate.The rug was delivered yesterday. Ruben had prepped the delivery men who were incredible: professional, caring, good-humored and respectful of my home and the situation that led to my having to replace the original rug.The accident quickly faded from my mind as my living room returned to its prior appearance.I highly recommend Ruben and his Contempo team for making my experience such a pleasant one, seemingly against all odds.
