Moshe (owner) oversaw a complete renovation (electrical re-wiring, kitchen renovation, recessed lighting, wall hvac, plumbing, flooring, etc.) of a rental unit in historic Harvard Heights area (central Los Angeles). Moshe patiently ran through ideas with me until we had an agreed vision of the end product. I later had some adjustments; Moshe never once lost his patience.
