Computer Ahnex is amazing. I thought I would lose all of my data and had to buy a new laptop but they fixed my laptop in one day. I didn't lose my data and it feels like I have a new laptop again. I highly recommend Computer Ahnex if you have problems with your laptop.

I was visiting LA while my husband had a conference. His laptop kept turning off by itself and we urgently had to get the issue taken care of. Not only this place delivered excellent and fast repair service, they were very honest. It turns out that fan stopped working and laptop was overheating. Service was very reasonably priced and Suh was super helpful!

I have built multiple PCs before and went to visit this shop for a motherboard bios update that required an older Ryzen CPU that I did not have laying around. I went in and was helped by Robert who while not specializing in Ryzen based systems did an amazing job in helping me getting my build up and running. He spoke in great detail about many of the pc components and while I already knew what my issue was and what needed to be done but I still appreciated how he kept me well updated and explained everything he was doing to my pc to help fix my problem! I even spoke to him about building a different PC for my sibling and he said he would sell me an older CPU that I wanted for less than market listing. As someone who had mostly just dealt with GeekSquad and larger tech companies, this ended up being a way better experience than I imagined!
