worst place i've ever had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with. impossible to get through to, both for me and my pharmacy. they cancel appointments without notice and are beyond not helpful or accommodating. The dr's couldn't care less about you. genuinely, if you can avoid this place and go ANYWHERE else, do yourself a favor and do that.
I came in around 1:30pm , it was my first time here. The nice ladies in the front helped get my appointment started pretty fast. The doctor was so friendly as well. I came in worried and I had bad anxiety before coming in. After talking to him it went away and I feel a lot better. There was a nurse named Bianca that was very helpful and Friendly. She called the pharmacy for me to check if my prescription was ready , and she helped me set up my follow up appointments as well before printing me up a note for my job. ( I called off to come in today 😂 ). I came in and got exactly the help I needed. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.
This place is horrible! They book a lot of people at once and your wait time will always be 40 minutes to 2 hours no matter how early you show up. I had my prenatal care here and they are unorganized. The Doctors are always behind and late. I don’t recommend this place. I also didn’t receive the carseat they promised and the 4D ultrasound are once a month but you have to wait a long time.
