André is our go-to repair guy in West LA! A+ for efficiency and know-how, computer repairs and can think outside the box to do what's right for this customers. Just had another great experience where he was able to rent us a laptop for a day or two so I could work while we waited for a part to arrive. Thanks again André!

I had a minor issue with a docking station and the service here was excellent. Comp-Pros advised me it would be less expensive to NOT use their service and they took the time to show me where to go to fix my issue. I wish more businesses had this level of fast, direct and honest service.

Andrey is a great guy, cares about his customers and gives you good advice. He was unable to retrieve my laptop data (HD critical h/w damage making data irrecoverable); but did his best, did not charge me, and recommended options to prevent future issues. Will go back to him if I get another computer issue.
