No wonder why this place has such a low low low review. I have appointment at 1.00PM and got a text that I have to be there 10 mins earlier. I was there at 12.40PM. I checked in with front staff but she did not ask for ID or insurance but tell me to sit. After an hour passed I ask again do I need to fill out the form or something? She said no. And I went back to sit and wait. 15 mins passed. She told me to come fill out the form. And then I have to wait another hour to see the nurse. After I saw the nurse I have to wait almost 30 mins to see a doctor. Finally doctor came and told me she cant do anything because I need to do blood work first. When Im leaving, they said normally not takes this long but today they have some kind of emergency.( they should have informed me!!!) Also I dont understand why patients that arrived after me can go in first. Yes I told the clinic that I have hypertension (HBP) prior to the appointment. I need primary doctor. They should this set up on the same day. So I dont have to waste my time. Such a waste of time

Waited two hours and then saw the dr for 5 min and told me she could not help me or prescribe me anything and she didn't really tell what I could do Instead the MA just gave me papers to go see another medical office. I would definitely not like this come here ever !

Pathetic staff and incompetent doctors. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Was told the doctor I was suppose to visit would not be available when I reached (even though I called before coming). Had to wait for over two hours after the appointed time. The replacement doctor (Dr Hazzan Samar) was rude and did not consider anything I said. Extremely unprofessional. The entire experience from start to end was the worst. Even if you are visiting here make sure you avoid Dr Samar Hazzan. She is absolutely the worst.
