Luis is the best . Me and my wife were celebrating our 25th anniversary , we stop by his shop by chance ( accident) and that's the best chance (accident) we've ever taken .. he took care of us . Awesome tattoo and we feel we made a friend . We would definitely come back if we ever come back to Los Angeles . We were visiting from Houston . I highly recommend his work and him
