such a waste of time. I explained what the job is in plain English, and what does entail. yet, a so-called "technician" came by clueless; after wasting 45 mins, no jobs get done, no diagnosis, he just came back in a list of speculations, just pretty much what was know to begin with.. the guy was not willing to take any action, check on things, or do any fixing.. took day off from work, and it was such a waste of time...

The worst. Worked with them as a contractor through my home warranty. They were supposed to contact me and never did. Called, no one answered, left a message, never heard back. Tried for days to reach them and actually had to call the home warranty company to harass them so I could get something scheduled. Then, when they finally came, they filed their report incompletely, causing the claim to get denied. The home warranty company tried to get them it amend it... but couldn't get in touch with them! Fortunately, this meant a new company was assigned to our case. Their business model appears to be based on providing terrible service and milking home warranties.

We're two years into a pandemic and 750,000 dead. There's zero excuse to be wearing a flimsy cloth mask indoors UNDER YOUR NOSE, especially upon finding out you're talking to a transplant recipient. PS - "It's probably just the battery in the remote" really isn't my idea of service...
