I have been going to City Acupuncture Silverlake on and off since 2018. Roz and her team have helped me greatly with whatever issue I happen to come in with. It really doesn’t matter - physical or mental, chronic or acute or even just for “maintenance”. I ALWAYS feel better after a session. Apart from the acupuncture and cupping, Roz usually has suggestions for herbs, which I have had great results with. Love that she is keeping it all affordable, too.

Had shoulder pain for about a month from a work out injury, nothing would stop the consistent pain. Felt instant release after the first cupping and acupuncture session. Just had my second session and it was even better than the first time. Sarah was great, she got to know my injury and was attentive.
