I arrived without an appointment, I expected to be sitting and waiting for some time as others may have made an appointment. The security guard controls the traffic flow into the bank. There was a line outside the bank even tho there were several folks standing many were there for banking. I went to open a new account. There was a 10 am appointment That had a no-show. I was told by 10:10 am. we would be called if there 10 am had a no show. After sitting for about 15 minutes, Ruby Lara, walks out and greets me. We get started on opening a checking and savings account. My bank I currently bank with are not close by any means. So it was a matter of time when I needed to transfer. Ruby made everything so easy and fast.
