Making an appointment online was very easy. I was seen promptly for a health concern. The staff was super friendly and professional and made valid and helpful suggestions. I was on and out within an hour. Good to know such great facility is open and accessible.
I have severe food allergies and came in today due to an allergic reaction. To be honest the only reason I saw Carbon Health was because of proximity to my home and needing to rush to a nearby urgent care. That being said, I could not have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. No wait, staff was extremely helpful and quick, the doctor addressed immediately and knew exactly what to do, very hospitable demeanor, and made sure I was okay before leaving.Hoping I don’t have to come back again, but if I do, will feel more comfortable having this place nearby!
Best urgent care experience ever. I saw a PA named Jamaica. She listened, she took a comprehensive approach to figuring out what was wrong with me and how to help address my underlying issue and the discomfort associated with it. I felt very hard, very cared for, and they saw me quickly and efficiently.
