The entire skillful Butel team was great to work with. They transformed an older and awkward kitchen and laundry area into a beautiful, functional space. They communicated well and solved multiple issues all while obtaining pertinent and required city permits. I found them very easy to work with; most of all they calmed my fears in the process! Top notch quality and great communication made for a perfect experience. Our project was challenging, as we wanted to integrate a modern kitchen into a 100 year old Spanish style home. Shai and his team took our design and executed the remodel to perfection. Couldn't have been happier with the results!!

Shai did an incredible job on our ADU. He was very responsive and made sure everything was done right. A year or so after the ADU was completed, we sold the property. Some minor things came up during home inspection and he had his people come back and fix it. We are so happy we went with Shai. He did such a beautiful job.
