They are absolutely the best contractors I have dealt with in over 30 years as a homeowner. Their proposal was accurate and complete. Their work is excellent quality and was done on time. When there were problems due to unexpected issues (as there always are), they came up with great solutions and were always fair and reasonable. After they upgraded the insulation and replaced the HVAC in my house, my utility costs have been cut by over 60% and my home is significantly more comfortable to live in. I've gone from a 3 zone system (with two 3 1/2 ton units) that always had hot and cold zones to a 1 zone system with one 3 1/2 ton unit. It's always the same temperature throughout the house for all seasons and I almost never have to think about adjusting them temperature because it now "just works". I wish I had done this 20 years ago. Since the initial remodel I've used Building Doctors multiple times on smaller jobs and they've always done top rate work at a fair price. I highly recommend them!
