Justin U and Armando came today to help diagnose the problem with my air-conditioning unit. They showed up on time and were polite and respectful. They wore booties in my house as they were going in and out. Within a short period of time, they had diagnosed the problem and informed me what needed to be done in order to fix it. I would highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond to my Yelp request and timely in making an appointment.
A few years ago, they entirely replaced my 12y old heat pump, which had stopped working and was using a no-longer-compliant cooling gas. Since then, they've been maintaining my unit. I interacted twice with Leonel H, and every time he was courteous, professional, and clear. I really trust his skills and expertise to take care of this expensive system. Last time, he was accompanied by an intern, Giovanna, who helped replace the air filter without issues. Thumb up
BRODY PENNELL just replaced my old HVAC system, did a thorough upgrade with new Lennox HVAC system, new duct work , and remedial asbestos removal. The entire experience was so positive, from the first phone call to the installation team finishing the job. Special appreciation to the David M. and Christian Corwin who were on time, efficiently evaluating the many issues needing repair or replacement. The next visit included bringing several loaner space heaters to provide some relief during the removal of the old system.
