After a visit from an excellent tech to discuss the work we needed, weeks later I received an astonishingly high, single-number quote from the company that provided no detail as to how it was arrived at. Some time after I requested detail, I received a two-line (labor and materials) quote with a claimed 10% discount. When I again requested explanation for the basis for this still highly inflated quote, I was told someone named Donovan was in charge of that. My repeated requests to speak with him have been ignored and I’ve received no further outreach from anyone at the company. Business must be good…but it won’t be from me.

Underwhelmed. They neglected to tell me there was a $140 service call whether it they did anything or not. I specifically said I had an intercom issue and the first thing the service man said when he was arrived was, We don't do intercoms. Our other lighting issue could have been handled the day of the service call if I sent them a photo of the outlet first...instead of getting me to pay them for a second visit. I feel had.

I had a sticky situation with a different electrician who told me he had pulled a permit to do some recessed lighting in my home. When it came time for the inspection, he disappeared! Needless to say, I didnt know where to turn to find an someone to come in, straighten out the situation with the city, correct the lighting problems (of which there were many) and save the day. A friend recommended Brentwood Electrical. The professionals at Brentwood corrected the other guy's work in quick order, did a beautiful job, had the inspection successfully, and gave me peace of mind!
