This is the only place I will get waxed in LA! I've gotten many waxes over the years and Hana is quick, thorough and super kind! She also cracks me up which takes away from the pain of waxing. I seriously wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to waxing in LA!

I absolutely love and adore this place/staff. I have been a customer for several years, in fact, I used to fly in from out of state for their services. I have never had any issues and would 100000% recommend this place and it's customer service. I noticed several reviews mentioned having issues with the 7 minute rule and I would like to state that it is not as dramatic as others have made it seem. The 7 minute rule is meant to accommodate those stuck in traffic or running few minutes late (which I was few times in the past).
This place is huge on customer service and care, I have felt cared for and valued every time I went in for services.

Raquel is AMAZING!
I just discovered this boutique and I'm glad I did. Raquel made the experience so easy and quick! Loved her energy and her skill definitely shows. It wasn't painful at all. Definitely will be returning ❤️
