What a nice and honest man. I called because my garbage disposal went out. He gave me some trouble shooting tips before scheduling a visit to save me on payment, which he definitely did not have to do. Haven't utilized his services yet, but he would be my guy. Appreciate him.
Andrew was extremely responsive, polite and prompt. His knack for communication really helped in a stressful situation. He fixed a problem created by a plumbing contractor. I will definitely use him again.
So grateful for BPC plumbing. Our water heater started leaking (we've had it for longer than we should have. Andrew from BPC came by, diagnosed our decaying water heater and installed a brand new one the very next day. He also explained the benefits of tankless water heaters. We're calling him again next time for sure!!!
