The nail techs are talented but the shop is pretty pricey especially to not have the massage chairs for pedicures. I was fine paying the higher price point until I was charged $20 extra total for my hands and feet b/c I chose a neon yellow color. Not for a design, for a color I was charged $10 extra for my hands and $10 extra for my feet. I wasn’t even told the color was extra until the end when I was asked to pay over $120 plus tip for a regular gel mani and pedi. Never again.

I made an appointment online and it was confirmed. I then arrived for said appointment a few min early and was told that I would have to wait a half hour or so as both ladies were busy with other clients. I was irritated because I actually had an appointment. Never went back since. Too bad because I live close by.

Loved my nails! They took their time and made sure I was completely satisfied. They did take a while so I recommend scheduling an appointment and having enough time in your day to fully enjoy the moment. Self care is a vibe here. The place is gorgeous and very clean. They also make sure you're refreshed and comfortable. I wish I lived closer so I could come for every nail set. But I'll def be back once I'm in the area.
