Our experience w/ Itamar was not entirely positive due to personality and leadership styles clashing. He is a strong willed person who will manipulate and coax his way into implementing a certain design that he deems appropriate. He makes arguments and persuades as it relates to safety, etc, but not without cost*. His craftsmanship is good, and he does his work with a high threshold of excellence. He seemed to be distracted often and the rushed nature of his team allowed unfortunate things to happen. For example, the windows were manufactured incorrectly by the supplier but still installed and roofing nails were left undisposed of on the ground. He attempted to salvage the error by offering his plumber to do some extra side job on our gas meter. However, the lack of trust and respect that damaged our working relationship probably was not worth the price and premium we paid through the process. We walked away feeling abused.*He said to us that he doesn't enjoy working for us and isn't doing this to make profit (seemed like guilt-tripping). Termite damage he discovered cost us nearly $20k unexpectedly, and he continued to be pushy about upgrading our panel after that, which would be another $8k. He had said that it's illegal to work on Sunday but then repeatedly reminded us that he's working at my home even on Sunday ("every day of the week") only doing quiet tasks to show that's how much he cares about the customer. He would show willingness to install a product I requested against his recommendation one day and then state the next day that he would just forget about the job and let us decide who else to complete the project for us, which felt manipulative.He would state that we are being difficult customers and that he does not have any other customers like me, and I am the only one being this difficult to work with. He yelled at us in multiple phone conversations.

We are big fans of Beresheet. We hired Itamar to redo our gravel driveway/exteriors and redo our Spanish tile roof. Itamar and his team were beyond professional and worked efficiently. We especially loved the detailed renderings he showed us of the driveway to help us envision what it would look like. Excellent work and excellent service! Highly recommended!
