They never answer the phone, it's the worst thing, it's better not to put a phone number if they don't answer
Had my first appointment today due to a referral from work due to an injury.When I arrived I was treated kindly by the clerical staff but when I got to see the doctor it was a whole different story.Dr. Harrison proceeded to ask the question and then he'd ignore my answer and would change all the answers I gave to fit his version. Ignoring everything I had said.When he asked what treatments I've been provided with he made it seem like I was refusing treatment. My appointment was canceled and was not informed. I found that it was canceled after I drove all the way down to ELA. What a waste of time and resources that was.
