Michael Friedman from Around the Clock Heating & A/C was absolutely amazing. I initially met with Michael for an estimate for a new Lennox condenser for our townhouse. Unfortunately we were unable to use Lennox due to spacial limitations in our crawl space, however Michael took extra time to help me understand how fan coils and condensers work, as well as helped me consider alternatives to a Lennox product, that would fit better in our crawl space. Amazing service, quick response, and very fast resolution to the problem! So glad I found Around the Clock on Yelp because it was in the midst of a heat wave, and our A/C went out..again. A different place had come to check it out and did a quick fix for a couple hundred dollars, but that wasn't the full problem so it went out again only a few weeks later. Around the Clock sent someone right away. He was super knowledgeable and communicative, making sure we knew exactly what was going on with our system and what was needed to fix it. I contacted Around the Clock since my HVAC unit stopped blowing cool air, then just stopped working. They were able to schedule service the next day with Igor, who is the only tech I have work on my unit. He diagnosed the problem as faulty indoor blower motor. He was able to pick up the part and install it the next day and do my winter maintenance. As always, I was thrilled with Igor's superior service and the 10% discount I received on the bill (excluding maintenance which I pay annually).
