This is a specific shoutout to Young - I had my scrub done by her and wow, what a phenomenal and warm experience! From the beginning of the service to the very end, she was extremely kind, supportive, and caring. I don't think there's an inch of me that was missed during her thorough scrub & you could feel her sweet energy throughout the experience that made it all that much better! I highly recommend requesting her.
I came a little late so didn't get to enjoy the amenities but will certainly be back!
Parking is in a structure - pretty easily and you need to get validation and it’s for ~5 hours

Excellent customer service! The scrub with Tina on the signature treatment was truly one of a kind. I've gone to many Korean scrubs but nothing even closely matches the experience at Aroma. I've been going for years. The cafe is a little taste of heaven with great food. I'd spend the entire day there if I could and look forward to revisiting again soon!!
