By far one of the best studios for photographers or filmmakers in Los Angeles! The team at Apex went above and beyond for a recent filmmaking workshop we held out of their location. The 7th floor stayed cool even with 70 people inside of it during a hot summer day. The space made everyone feel comfortable with way enough room in either of their studios.
It was downtown and really central to everything else, not a bad drive at all from the airport. While it's on a really busy street, parking really isn't that difficult - lots of lots nearby to use during the day or I always just book a spot on Spothero nearby.
My team and I partnered with Apex for an event in their venue, and it was a huge success! The space is beautiful, with ample room and stunning natural light at sunset. The accommodations were extremely helpful, making it the ideal venue for our filmmaker workshop. Apex's space is perfect for all types of studio shoots; our attendees were super impressed. I highly recommend them for their excellent hospitality, smooth rental procedures, and effective event management. A perfect 10/10!

My experience in Studio D was excellent. The facility was so nice and Dennis was so helpful and personable. I will definitely be going back to Apex to shoot for more creative projects in the future. Thank you!
