Rafahael is THE lender you want to work with. We are first time buyers, complete newbies, and walked into a highly competitive housing market. Amazing!!!! Anyone self employed knows how difficult buying a house can be. Rafahael is the best. Super attentive and patient, worked evenings if needed. Answered any stupid questions I asked without making me feel bad. Some calls were just to check in with any updates or info he may have. Above and beyond customer service. We highly recommend and would definitely use again.
