We cannot thank Shai and his team enough for their awesome job and service! We found them through Yelp, where they have great reviews. They replaced our 50-year-old electrical panel today and helped us solve many plug issues that have been bothering us. We are so grateful for them!Their price is not only very friendly, their service is awesome! Jenny, who answered my call, helped provide a free estimate, scheduled my appointments, etc. is so friendly and helpful. Rafahael is THE lender you want to work with. We are first time buyers, complete newbies, and walked into a highly competitive housing market. After struggling to work with a couple major banks on a land loan, Rafahael helped walk us through an unconventional loan process on a very unique property where we planned to build our future home. He took the time to explain all the details and we were able to submit an offer within a day. It's a red hot market, and unfortunately we lost out to an all cash offer. But his support didn't stop there. After losing out on an offer on a second property, we finally landed on one on the third try. Every time, Rafahael was extremely responsive and reachable throughout the day. He followed up at every step to make sure we would have a smooth and successful transaction, and made the entire process easy for us. His knowledge and service are exceptional, and really taught us what a great lender can offer. Highly recommend his services for your loan needs.

Amazing!!!! Anyone self employed knows how difficult buying a house can be. Rafahael is the best. Super attentive and patient, worked evenings if needed. Answered any stupid questions I asked without making me feel bad. Some calls were just to check in with any updates or info he may have. Above and beyond customer service. We highly recommend and would definitely use again.
