I cannot say enough how great it was working with Arlen and everyone at Aero Shade. I got estimates from other people and quite frankly I had to become a shade expert because these people don't know what they are doing or talking about. Arlen knew exactly what I needed and we put it all together at a very good competitive price. He was very patient with my requests And then when the installer came, he was the best ever. I would give these guys 10 stars if that was an option.
Do NOT buy bottoms up roller shades from these people. They are marketing regular roller shades as a bottoms up product, and they will not work properly if you install shades upside down.
Wonderful experience with Aero Shade! Every step of the process was so easy and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. We explained what we were looking for and Joey was able to help us select the perfect shades for our home, WE LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Plus the installer was so nice and professional, he was so courteous and quick. Would definitely recommend
